Thanks for the comments folks – glad you enjoyed these snails. The amazing thing to me was the fact that they were sooo tiny. I missed them initially when I flipped the paver over but noticed the movement when all the fast creatures were gone. I had to crop the original images quite a bit to get a good composition and was lucky that the file size was large enough to let me do that.

Those snails are gorgeous. You can especially see in the second picture why they would be called glass snails.
